What is Creative Studio?
Creative Studio is the part of ChatNow dedicated to image and video generation.
Unlike Chat, which is unlimited, Creative Studio uses credits, because image and video generation are computationally expensive.
What Creative Studio is
Creative Studio lets you create visual content using advanced AI models to:
Generate images from text
Edit images using image-to-image
Generate videos from text or images (depending on the model)
Creative Studio is optimized for high-quality visual output, not conversation or prototyping.
Credit-based usage
Using Creative Studio consumes credits. Credits are only used for image and video generation in Creative Studio.
How credits work
Credits are included with your subscription and renew automatically depending on your subscription plan.
Credits renew monthly for yearly plans
You can purchase additional credit packs if you use up your allowance
Unused credits do not roll over, unless explicitly stated otherwise
When credits are consumed
A generation attempt consumes credits once the request is processed, even if:
The result is poor
The output doesn’t match expectations
You retry or regenerate
Credits cannot be refunded or re-added. This behavior is expected.

Some features may be temporarily unavailable during backend updates
Credits cannot be refunded if results don’t meet expectations.
