This guide explains how to access ChatNow and get started, depending on how you subscribed.

Installing ChatNow

Choose how to install and access ChatNow based on how you subscribed.

Apple App Store subscription (iOS)

  1. Download the ChatNow app from the App Store

  2. Install and open ChatNow

  3. Your subscription is automatically detected via your Apple ID

Web subscription

  1. Purchase your subscription via our website

  2. Download and open the ChatNow app

  3. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout

  4. Your subscription will unlock automatically once you’re signed in

How you access ChatNow

ChatNow can be accessed in two different ways. Your setup depends on how you subscribed.

Using ChatNow on iOS

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

  • You don’t need to create a ChatNow account

  • Your access is automatically linked to your Apple ID

  • There is no email or password to manage

To get started:

  1. Download and open the ChatNow iOS app

  2. Your subscription and access are detected automatically

  3. You can start using ChatNow right away

All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Using ChatNow with a web subscription

If you subscribed on the ChatNow website, your subscription is linked to the email address you used during checkout.

To use your web subscription in the iOS app, you need to connect your email inside the app.

Step 1: Download and open the app

  1. Download and open the ChatNow iOS app

  2. If you see a payment screen, skip the onboarding:

    • Tap the cross in the top corner of the paywall screen

    • This will close the payment prompt and take you into the app

Step 2: Connect your email

Once you’re inside the app:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines)

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Connect Email

  4. Enter the email address you used when subscribing on the website

  5. Confirm the connection

This links your existing web subscription to the app and unlocks access.

What you need to use ChatNow

To use ChatNow smoothly, make sure you have:

  • The latest version of the ChatNow iOS app

  • Or a supported, up-to-date web browser

  • A stable internet connection

There’s nothing to install for the web version.

Your first steps in ChatNow

Once you’re connected:

  1. Open Chat (this is the easiest way to begin)

  2. Ask a simple question or try a short prompt

  3. Continue the conversation or refine your request

When you’re ready, explore Playground or Creative Studio for more advanced use cases.

Understanding the main tools

ChatNow is organised into three main tools:

  • Chat
    For conversations, questions, and quick exploration

  • Playground
    For testing prompts and experimenting with different approaches

  • Creative Studio
    For creating, editing, and refining content such as images, videos, or structured outputs

Using ChatNow on multiple devices

  • Apple subscribers can use ChatNow on any iOS device that is signed in with the same Apple ID used for the subscription. If needed, use Restore Purchase in the app settings.

  • Web subscribers can use ChatNow on those same devices by signing in with the same email address used at checkout.

Your access is always tied to how you subscribed.

If something doesn’t work

If you have trouble getting started:

  • Make sure you’re using the correct setup (Apple subscription vs web subscription)

  • If you’re a web subscriber, confirm you connected the same email used at checkout

  • Restart the app and try again

If the issue persists, visit the Troubleshooting section or contact support.
